"It seems like I have
been racing all my life, in fact thats not far from the truth as my first
ever race was when I was only 7 years old. Racing is in the blood and I have
followed
my fathers footsteps into motocross and now road racing.

Given the pressures of road racing and the incredible learning curve that I
encountered, the 2002 season has gone better than I could have ever imagined.
Regular top 10
positions turned many heads in the paddock as 2 months previously I had never
set foot on a road racing circuit.

Moto cross certainly helped me to develop my own style of riding and the physical
training that moto cross required is something that I have brought with me
to
road racing. A daily routine of gym work, cardio and moto cross helps me to keep
focused as does training with one of the UK's most recognized personal trainers,
Kirk Gibbons."
"The 2003 R6 Cup was a fantastic season, finishing on the podium 8 time
in 13 races which included winning at Rockingham (round 7) and winning both races
at
Donnington Park
(round8). All of this helped me to claim 3rd place overall in the final R6 Cup."
"All the hard work in 2003 has paid off because I have now moved up to the
next
level
of racing, a ride in the 2004 British Superbike Championship with Colin Appleyard
Racing."
